You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and happie loves it unless and until happie loves it accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered, and that the goods have been shipped to the specified address. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time happie loves it sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation (not request) e-mail amounts to an acceptance by happie loves it of your offer to buy goods from happie loves it.
You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it. Happie loves it will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party.
You undertake that all details you provide to happie loves it for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

happie loves it do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the happie loves it website or for any products or services purchased from the happie loves it.
happie loves it will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.
Processing of orders
Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped by happie loves it (happiegoluckie ltd). All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom. The law of the United Kingdom shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site.
happie loves it aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 7 days of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. You can keep track of your order status yourself on-line with the order tracking facility on the My account page.
Once your order has been confirmed, it's not currently possible for you to change it prior to dispatch.
Delivery/Title/Risk
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be part-shipped.
Title to any product ordered will pass to you once happie loves it has received payment in full for that product.
If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; happie loves it advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Discount Codes
Account discount codes Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
Promotional discount codes We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
Unfortunately we are unable to amend your order if a discount code was not originally applied at checkout.

Complaints
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments. (Always quoting your reference number)
Security
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
ANY online card not present fraud (CNP) or identity theft will be reported to the police.
All fraudulent transactions will be investigated in full (including declined transactions). All will be passed to the police & all details will be given to the police; phone number, address etc. We will press charges on anyone who carries out fraudulent card payments on our site and will look to pursue for damages.
Authorisation of a transaction by whatever method does NOT guarantee payment. Authorisation will only check the availability of funds and that at the time of the transaction; the card has NOT been reported lost or stolen. Additional checks will be made, as appropriate before we release any goods.
happie loves it may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the new version on the website. All purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms.
These terms and conditions shall apply when happie loves it accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered.
They shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between happie loves it and you relating to your purchase.
