Cancelling an order

If you want to cancel an order you’ve made through our online boutique, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returning an item

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we can offer an exchange or issue a refund. You must send the item back to us within 10 days. It must be unworn and come with its original tag and receipt.

  1. Please contact us before you send back items
  2. Fill in our returns form
  3. Seal the item in its original packaging, including the returns form
  4. Send the package to our returns address: Online boutique returns, Happie loves it, 37 Drury Lane, London (UK). WC2B 5RR

You are responsible for the item until we receive it. We therefore recommend you get a certificate of posting from your Post Office. If you return an item without proof of postage and it is lost or damage in transit, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Please note: we do not accept returns on any sale items, socks, tights, scarves, accessories, made-to-order items, cosmetics or lingerie. We also cannot refund the postage. Please contact us if you need to discuss anything before you send it.

Overseas shipping

Unfortunately we have no control over shipping once it leaves the UK. Please ask us about insurance before you make an order.
